Description

UHMW-pe is the work horse of engineered plastics. UHMW sheet is used extensively as a wear material with huge impact strength! It is the low cost, 'entry level' material that routinely outperforms many other plastics. Because it has a water absorption rate of basically zero, UHMW can be used in moist or submerged applications where nylon would not be recommended. UHMW also meets all government regulations for use in food processing and handling.
